*We aim to despatch all stock orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation. if there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24hours. All time scales exclude weekends and bank holidays where orders are normally despatched on the next working day.

Items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on a back order to be delivered within 28 days.
Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in * 1-3 working days
and are sent in discreet plain packaging, however please note for delivery purposes our return name ( marked as S W Designs ) and address will be shown which will also enable you to identify the package.
