We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

All products are thorourly inspected to insure they  leave Sassy Wylde in perfect condition . All items are carefully wrapped to complete the ultimate experience. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will **exchange or ** refund provided you  return the product to us within 7 days of receipt. In order to return goods you must email us for a returns number.
All items returned must be in perfect re saleable unworn condition, with all tags and packaging in place. We advise you  retain your proof of posting. We are unable to credit you for items that we do not receive. Refunds will only be issured to the card used to make payment.
** Due to the intimate nature and for reasons of hygiene  we are unable to  offer  exchange or refunds on any of the following products if found to be unsuitable:

Any item returned  used, soiled, disfigured or worn  will not be excepted.
